Pocket to wrist
Swatch dropped the Royal Pop as a pocket-watch lanyard. The internet wanted a wristwatch. We built the case they should have shipped.

Swatch dropped the Royal Pop as a pocket-watch lanyard. We finished the job. Drop the movement into our case, magnets pull it home and a secondary clip locks it in. Pick a bracelet or rubber strap, wear it on the wrist.

The opener. Cherry-red octagon, blush tapisserie, the colorway every collector chases first.
When the Omega × Swatch MoonSwatch landed, it shipped on a scratchy Velcro strap. Quietly, behind the scenes, we designed and manufactured most of the rubber straps that piece now lives on. Wholesale, unbadged. This time we're stepping out under our own name.
Pick a base color, pick a build. Bracelet is full bioceramic, screwed at every link. Strap is the same case on a color-matched rubber. The Royal Pop movement drops in, magnets seat it and a secondary clip locks it. No tools.

Fitment · top-mounted crown.
Bands swap freely within the top-mounted group (the other six). Cross-group swaps don't clear the crown cut-out.
Not everyone gets their first pick. Things sell out, plans change, the one that looked perfect online isn't the one you want on your wrist. It happens. Drop $25 and we hold one of every colorway and bracelet for you, then pick when your Royal Pop is ready to ship. Miss the drop? Keep your allocation for the next run, or take the $25 back.

No tools, no kit, no fuss. Lift the Royal Pop movement out of the lanyard, drop it into our case. Concealed magnets pull it into seat, a secondary clip latches behind. Swap the band whenever the mood does.
Full bioceramic bracelet with screwed links, or bioceramic case on a color-matched soft-touch rubber strap. Pick one. Or, in time, both.
We make the case, not the watch. The Royal Pop comes out of its lanyard intact, glass, dial, caseback, all sealed, and pops into the bioceramic housing whole. Pick bracelet or rubber. Each ships with its own housing, so swapping wrists takes seconds.

The Royal Pop drops in as one piece, no glass off, no caseback off. The bioceramic shell holds it with a snug snap fit. Press, lift, drop into the next housing.
The eight things that come up before every order. If yours isn't here, the inbox is real.
Eight colors, two builds. Bioceramic bracelet or rubber strap, your call. The Royal Pop movement seats magnetically into the case, a secondary clip locks it. We're testing the market, when a SKU sells out it's gone until we commit to round two. You need to already own the Royal Pop. We sell the housing, not the watch.
We pulled some strings to nail down colors and dimensions before anyone's actually paid us a cent. May or may not have involved a few well-placed tips to fast-track the process. Eight colorways locked.
Currently finalising prototypes. We've got people queued up for each colorway so we can shoot proper in-hand product photos for you, not the rendered stuff.
Once the line spins up you'll see it first. Cases, bracelets, straps, cut, finished, assembled. Plan on 4 to 6 weeks from start to your hands.
When it lands at the warehouse we start packing immediately and ship worldwide. Expect a slightly excessive amount of progress notes.
