Shipping.

Shipping windows here are accurate for the current production. Live status sits at the bottom of every page.

When it ships

Manufacturing begins after the final measurement run, currently in progress. Expect 4 to 6 weeks from order to dispatch. You'll see each step move on the status pill, and we email at dispatch.

Carrier & tracking

All orders ship DHL Express with tracking. Tracking link is emailed at dispatch. Most metros land within 3 to 5 business days of leaving the workshop.

Worldwide

We ship anywhere DHL flies. EU, UK and US ship DDP, duties paid by us, no customs surprises at the door. Everywhere else ships DDU; local duties may apply.

Address & changes

Addresses can be edited up until the dispatch email lands. After that, use the contact form or email hello@wrstlabs.com and we'll do our best with the carrier.

Lost or damaged

Anything that arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, write in within 14 days. We'll open a carrier claim and send a replacement.

    Design & color matchingDone

    We pulled some strings to nail down colors and dimensions before anyone's actually paid us a cent. May or may not have involved a few well-placed tips to fast-track the process. Eight colorways locked.

    PrototypingNow

    Currently finalising prototypes. We've got people queued up for each colorway so we can shoot proper in-hand product photos for you, not the rendered stuff.

  3. 03
    Manufacturing

    Once the line spins up you'll see it first. Cases, bracelets, straps, cut, finished, assembled. Plan on 4 to 6 weeks from start to your hands.

  4. 04
    Shipping

    When it lands at the warehouse we start packing immediately and ship worldwide. Expect a slightly excessive amount of progress notes.
